ISE Complaint Hotline

ISE has in place a Confidential and Anonymous Complaint Hotline with regard to the Company’s accounting, auditing, and corporate governance matters. If any member or external service provider wishes to report any suspected illegal or unethical behavior and conflicts of interests please utilize ISE’s Confidential and Anonymous Complaint Hotline.

To protect the anonymity of the individual reporting a complaint ISE has set up an email inbox, complainthotline[at]ise[dot]com.

Individuals are free to use an external email provider such as Gmail to protect their privacy. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and reported to the appropriate board at ISE.

Corporate Structure 

International Securities Exchange, LLC and ISE Gemini, LLC are wholly-owned subsidiaries of International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Exchange Holdings, Inc., which is an 85%/15% owned subsidiary of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Deutsche Borse AG, respectively. Eurex Frankfurt AG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Borse AG. ISE was acquired by Eurex on December 19, 2007 (for more information about Eurex, click here).

The subsidiaries of ISE Holdings are as follows:

  • International Securities Exchange ("ISE") is a wholly owned fully electronic options exchange that trades equity, ETF, Index and FX options. ISE utilizes a market structure which combines the efficiencies of electronic trading with auction market principles. ISE is the US's leading options exchange. 
  • Longitude LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ISE Holdings. 
  • ETC Acquisition Corp. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ISE Holdings which facilitates the leasing of Competitive Market Maker (CMM) memberships on the options exchange.
  • Longitude SA is a wholly owned Subsidiary of ISE Holdings.
  • ISE Gemini, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ISE Holdings.
  • ISE Mercury, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ISE Holdings.

  • ISE is a shareholder in BATS Global Markets Holdings, Inc. BATS Global Markets Holdings, Inc. owns and operates Direct Edge’s EDGX and EDGA exchanges along with BATS’ BYX and BZX exchanges.
