Member firms have the opportunity to sponsor their customers with access to ISE.
Sponsored customers can either connect directly to the Exchange or come in through their existing infrastructure. The sponsored customer will be set up as a distinct user group and can have trading restrictions put on their account.
Trading for Sponsored Customers
- As a sponsored customer, a trader can have direct access to ISE’s markets and use ISE’s front end, PrecISE Trade®.

The orders submitted belong to the ISE member who is sponsoring the access.

The sponsoring member may set risk control parameters on the customer’s trading activity, as well as have supervisory PrecISE terminals to monitor his/her activity.

The sponsoring member is responsible for all customer executions.

All fees/charges associated with a sponsored customer are billed to the ISE member, not the sponsored customer.
