    Corporate Structure
On December 19, 2007, ISE was acquired by U.S. Exchange Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eurex. For more information about Eurex, click here. The structure of International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. (ISE Holdings) remains the same after the acquisition. The holding company organizational structure enables ISE to better compete and further expand its businesses in an ever-increasingly competitive environment. This structure provides added flexibility to grow the businesses organically and through alliances and acquisitions as such opportunities are identified.

The subsidiaries of ISE Holdings are as follows:
    • International Securities Exchange, LLC ("ISE, LLC") is a wholly owned, fully electronic options exchange that trades equity, ETF, index and FX options. ISE, LLC utilizes a market structure which combines the efficiencies of electronic trading with auction market principles. ISE, LLC is the US's leading options exchange.
    • Longitude LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ISE Holdings.
    • ETC Acquisition Corp. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ISE Holdings which facilitates the leasing of Competitive Market Maker (CMM) memberships on the options exchange.

Affiliates of ISE Holdings are as follows:

    • ISE owns approximately 31% of Direct Edge Holdings, LLC, which currently owns and operates the ISE Stock Exchange as a facility of ISE, LLC.
