Penny Pilot Reports
Each exchange has filed with the SEC to amend their rules regarding trading increments for the pilot stocks and quote mitigation strategies, and have agreed to provide the SEC various reports to measure the impact of the pilot. The reports provide ISE's findings for the penny pilot program relating to market quality, capacity and operational issues. ISE's penny pilot reports are below:
