Additional Away Market Routing charges are billed on your ISE monthly statement.

For aggregate volume executed by the entire PrecISE community, fees are as follows:

Monthly PrecISE AMR Volume (contracts)	Fee (per contract)*
Less than 250,000	$0.07
250,000 or more in prior month	$0.05
Post-trade clearing changes	$0.05

*Applicable Exchange fees apply.

The AMR fee for the month will be published to subscribers of the service on the first trading day of the month.

PrecISE connects to ISE either via the Internet using SSL security, or through a dedicated line.

All PrecISE users must read and fill out a Software License Agreement.

In addition, if you are connecting to PrecISE via the Internet, please read and fill out an Internet Addendum.
