History of Leadership
In less than a decade, ISE has changed the fundamental nature of the U.S. securities markets. ISE’s roots are in the U.S. options industry, where in May of 2000 it introduced electronic trading, competition, lower fees and efficient, equitable pricing. ISE thereby enabled instantaneous executions in tight, liquid markets for the first time in industry history.
